These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and a898a with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. a898a reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. a898a will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings — this is strongly recommended.
a898a operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in compliance with its international licensing obligations. The Company may require you to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or other documentation — at any stage of your Account's lifecycle, including but not limited to:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by a898a may result in your Account being temporarily restricted or suspended pending document submission.
You must keep your Account information up to date at all times. If any information provided at registration changes, you are obligated to update your Account details promptly. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and varies by payment method. Players are advised to check current limits within their Account before initiating a transfer.
Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within one minute. All deposits must be made from a payment account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from Accounts with incomplete verification will be held pending document submission.
a898a targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for all approved requests, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. This target applies to requests submitted during standard operating conditions. During periods of unusually high volume, processing times may be extended. a898a will notify affected players via their registered email address where such delays are anticipated.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your a898a Account. a898a will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Where possible, withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the most recent deposit.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the withdrawal page within your Account dashboard and are subject to periodic review. a898a reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in installments over multiple business days.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
a898a reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative Account balance; or (d) the request is in breach of any provision of these Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are set out in each promotion's individual terms.

Welcome bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Players found to have claimed a welcome bonus more than once — by any means — will have the duplicate bonus and associated winnings voided.

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the applicable result criteria are met, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a898a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if a898a has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
a898a's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
a898a is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, payment processors, or game providers used in connection with the Platform. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting a898a Customer Support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete.
a898a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent activity is detected or suspected; (c) the Account is linked to money laundering or criminal activity; (d) a court or regulatory order requires Account closure; or (e) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, a898a reserves the right to void all pending wagers, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, remaining real-money balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a898a holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with a898a Customer Support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent a898a from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in respect of a threatened or actual breach of these Terms involving intellectual property rights, fraud, or prohibited conduct.
a898a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via their registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.
The version of these Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time is the current version. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date the current version entered into force.
